Welcome to my food truck for delicious and good food. We serve plant-based, locally grown and sustainable produce, so that as many people as possible can feel eat. Gluten-free is no problem. We are located on the island of Öland and the surrounding area.

Where is Runda Gummans Glada Mat located?
You will find us mainly on Öland and the surrounding area.
I will be located with my foodtruck at the Naturbutiken store in Stenåsa from Good Friday, March 29 to the end of October. I will be closed on Mondays closed to begin with.

Food
At the food truck there is the menu of the day and it varies day by day. Baked potatoes and baguettes will always be available.
As a happy foodie, new recipe ideas always come to me, I often wake up in the morning with a new recipe in my head that I try and many turn out delicious.
Here are some examples of the toppings that can be found on our menu on different days.
Red kite
Think lightly smoked with a slight hint of horseradish
Smoked tofu, chives, seaweed roe, horseradish
Robin
Think beetroot salad with ground beef
Ground beef: Mince, beetroot, leek, vegetable broth
Sea eagle
Think Tex-Mex, all in a topping
Brown beans, red pepper, leek, taco seasoning (mild)
Puffin
Think "Skagen topping" (but so much tastier than the original)
Tofu, seaweed roe, squeezed lemon, dill, seaweed
Curlew
Tänk gul curry med en massa gott i
Svarta bönor, morot, purjolök, gul curry (mild)
Crane
Think a topping with some Greek influences
Gröna linser, växtbaserat fetaost, morot, oregano
We also have sandwiches with slightly different fillings or toppings. Various drinks such as coffee, tea, natural and flavored water
Depending on the season and where we stand, there will be a little extra sometimes.

Dare to ask when you have questions about what is in the food. please let us know if there is something you can´t eat due to allergies or hypersensitivity. We have personal experience of always having to ask to be able to eat something that is not prepared at home.
Runda Gummans Glada Mat serves food that most people can eat regardless of allergies, hypersensitivity, beliefs or just to feel good and try something that is good and plant-based.
