Welcome to my food truck for delicious and good food. We serve plant-based, locally grown and sustainable produce, so that as many people as possible can feel eat. Gluten-free is no problem. We are located on the island of Öland and the surrounding area.

Food
As a happy foodie, new recipe ideas always come to me, I often wake up in the morning with a new recipe in my head that I try and many turn out delicious.
The main dish is baked Öland potatoes and baguettes with different fillings.
Here are some examples of the fillings that can be found on our menu, which varies.
Red kite
Think lightly smoked with a slight hint of horseradish
Smoked tofu, chives, seaweed roe, horseradish
Robin
Think beetroot salad with ground beef
Ground beef: Mince, beetroot, leek, vegetable broth
Sea eagle
Think Tex-Mex, all in a topping
Brown beans, red pepper, leek, taco seasoning (mild)
Puffin
Think "Skagen topping" (but so much tastier than the original)
Tofu, seaweed roe, squeezed lemon, dill, seaweed
Curlew
Think yellow curry with a lot of goodness in it
Black beans, carrot, leek, yellow curry (mild)
Crane
Think a topping with some Greek influences
Green lentils, plant-based feta cheese, carrot, oregano
Different beverages such as coffee, tea, still water and flavored drinks are available every day.
Depending on the season and where we stand, there will be a little extra sometimes.

Dare to ask when you have questions about what is in the food. please let us know if there is something you can´t eat due to allergies or hypersensitivity. We have personal experience of always having to ask to be able to eat something that is not prepared at home.
Runda Gummans Glada Mat serves food that most people can eat regardless of allergies, hypersensitivity, beliefs or just to feel good and try something that is good and plant-based.
Catering
When you are planning an event of any kind, Runda Gummans Glada Mat can brighten the atmosphere with delicious and well-prepared food.
Book us, we'll be happy to come to all kinds of events, like birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, block parties, home games, sporting events, music festivals, surprise parties and more.
Delicious happy Sandwich cakes (Swedish Smörgåstårta) are available to order with any filling. Feel free to try a sandwich cake with Lunne filling or why not one with Glada. We offer everything from small sandwich cakes to large sandwich cakes for many people.
An idea to brighten up the festive day could also be Runda Gumman's 3 small dishes. That is, three slightly smaller potatoes with three different fillings of your choice and of course the delicious carrots and salad on a plate.
Help with setting the table and washing up is no problem at a small extra cost.
